Someone told me I am like a cactus :

  • I am a tough and a dedicated survivor/thriver. Cacti grow in places that are so hot and dry that survival is a challenge. 

  • When I get any encouragement, I “flower.” When conditions give cacti any help at all, they can burst into flower. Cacti are always prepared to make the most of resources.

  • I am capable of unsuspected and startling efforts. Cacti, when they’re given enough of what they need, can take advantage of the resources and grow with astounding speed and/or produce amazing quantities of wildly beautiful and complex flowers.
